Delivery & Collection

This page explains how orders from the Castle Snooker Club online shop are fulfilled. Different products may be sent separately because we use different fulfilment methods.

Snooker cues and cue cases

Delivery and collection options vary by product. Some cues and cases are collection only from Castle Snooker Club, York, while selected products offer UK delivery, including free UK delivery where stated on the product listing. Some delivered products are dispatched directly by our suppliers.

Please check the individual product page and checkout for the options available for your order. For collection orders, we will contact you when your item is ready; please wait for confirmation before travelling.

Snooker accessories

Eligible smaller snooker products and accessories can be delivered by Royal Mail. The delivery charge shown at checkout is calculated according to the products in your basket and the applicable shipping method.

Castle Snooker clothing and print-on-demand products

Some clothing is produced and dispatched for us by our print-on-demand fulfilment partner, Inkthreadable. These products may therefore arrive separately from products dispatched directly by Castle Snooker Club.

Mixed orders

If your basket contains products fulfilled in different ways, your order may arrive in separate deliveries or include a combination of delivery and club collection. Collection-only items cannot be posted, even when other items in the same order qualify for delivery.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. We aim to fulfil orders promptly and, unless a different timescale has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered within the period required by UK consumer law.

Delivery problems

If an order is delayed, damaged in transit or appears to be missing, please contact Castle Snooker Club with your order number so that we can investigate.
